Your Rights Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item purchased from our website within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return the item(s). For orders cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the time frame is 14 calendar days.
- All returns must be arranged and authorized by Nexavision Ltd, goods returned without Nexavision Ltd authorization will not be processed.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Customised Goods: Please note, that customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team via our contact page to initiate the return process.
- Once the return has been approved, we will email you with an RMA number.
- Pack the item securely, including the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Send the item to our return address: Nexavision Ltd, 6Churchill Park, Jeffreyston, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, SA68 0SD.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refund Amount: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the full purchase price.
- Damaged goods: Any goods that are not received in there original condition may be subject to a refund adjustment to cover the cost of replacements parts or repairs. This is at our discretion.
- Refund Timing: The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will provide instructions, for the return of the item and process a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nexavision.co.uk and send your item to our return address found on our contact page.
Changes to this Policy
Nexavision reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
